As far as radio ousters go in Minnesota, this one was a bit unexpected... KSTP-FM/Hubbard has shown Staci & Hutch the door. Staci Matthews had been with the station since 2003 when "Moon & Staci" launched. Hutch joined in 2019 after Larry "Moon" Thompson retired.

 

No real word from Hubbard other than contracts were not renewed, and on the search for the next great afternoon show.

I think the radio side of this forum needs an Out and About section of its own, so I'm starting it now.   Starting Monday, March 24th, KMOX will gain a full-time signal on the FM dial at 104

AM Radio seems to be headed for extinction.  Lots of stations are turning in their licenses and broadcasting otherwise.
