KFMB's Heather Myers

Does anyone know what happened to Heather Myers on San Diego's KFMB News 8? One week she was there the next gone....her bio is also gone from the website.

 

I think she was one of the top 3 reporters that station had. There is one reporter on there that I can not stand and she is Kellie Jones. She fumbles when she gives the news and when it comes to do something off the cuff she repeast the same thing over and over.....

Heather jumped ship. She left KFMB a few weeks ago, and now she is at XETV FOX 6. Within the next few days she will ease into the anchor chair on the 10pm news replacing Estha Trouw. Don't worry she is still in San Diego, glad she did not leave she is one of the strongest reporters/anchors in the market.

Thanks. I always felt she was anchor material. I will be checking out the Fox6 News Cast now. With Andrea Nakano, Aloha Taylor and now Myers that is three former KFMB'ers

looks like she starts monday. her bio is now up on FOX 6 as weekday anchor. Back on friday when Maria filled in, FOX 6 used the last "jim and maria" talent intro when they used to anchor the weekend editions together.

 

looks like Lynda Martin, former XETV anchor with Estha who then left to KSWB and back fillin in for the past month and a half will go back to radio at the classical station.
