I just noticed on Channel 2's website that they posted a job opening today for an anchor/reporter. What's that all about? They lost Antonio Mora, but his reponsibilities were easilly assumed by Rob Johnson. So again I ask... what's that all about?

Please tell me they're looking to replace Mai Martinez. Better yet, please tell me Alita Guillen's coming back!

You don't suppose they're already looking for Diann Burns' replacement?!?!? Hmmmmmm

Bad news.. Alita Guillen isn't coming back. The reason for her moving out there is her husband getting a station GM/President job out there in LA.

could this mean Alita could land a gig at KNBC.

I said in a later message that her husband is a vice president for the Telemundo network, not the KVEA station itself..

I don't know what NBC-U's rules are regarding relationships among higher ups and people lower in the ranks; however, it is a completely different division/area of the company than her husband so I don't think there are any problems with Alita Guillen working for KNBC.
