I just saw a new promo while watching the KNSD produced CW5 news. The promo talks about the OTA HD transmitter. Advertises the news and programming in HD. All for free. Just another promo

I like the KSWB's promos they are unique and they don't try to shove it down your throat. Unlike XETV, which has shown promos for the CW's 90210 show six damn times in the past 15 minutes. Ugh.

Susan's weekend co-anchor has been named. He is Walter Makaula from Honolulu's KHNL/KFVE.

As an aside -- According to Makaula in the Star Bulletin article, "I'm really honored (to join) national anchors and big-market anchors. There are only six of us," he said, including Rob Morrison, Raoul Martinez, Kathleen Bade, Arthel Neville and his co-anchor, Susan Lennon.

Is this the same Rob Morrison from WNBC?

Could be. A few weeks ago someone on TVSPY posted "Wait till you see the boys they hired." So far some pretty recognizable names around the country. Which leads one to believe that KSWB/Tribune wants to make this right.

The remaining of the anchors have been announced. More from SDradio.net...
