He is Walter Makaula from Honolulu's KHNL/KFVE. http://starbulletin.com/2008/07/15/business/engle.html As an aside -- According to Makaula in the Star Bulletin article, "I'm really honored (to join) national anchors and big-market anchors. There are only six of us," he said, including Rob Morrison, Raoul Martinez, Kathleen Bade, Arthel Neville and his co-anchor, Susan Lennon. Is this the same Rob Morrison from WNBC?
