Weeters 1919
Found out about this watching WTVT's webcast. They launched MyFOXPrep.com today, which seems to be the new version of the FOXHiLites websites launched last year. The new service is hosted and powered by Varsitynetworks.com. lazynetjunkie 34
This is something that has been in the works for a while now.. Unfortunately, many of the FOX stations haven't been properly promoting or properly using/updating their FOXHiLites websites so it was a project that partially failed.. Now, they're going about a relaunch in a few different ways (depending on the station/city). Chicago recently relaunched the website http://www.foxjox.com (that IS the domain directly to Chicago's site with no city name included in the URL) and it's been sucessful. It is promoted on newscasts and promos and clips are shown on certain newscasts. Yeah, WITI stopped promoting FOXHiLitesMilwaukee near the end of the basketball season last year and hasn't mentioned it since. Mrtraveler01 738
The strange thing here in St. Louis is that KTVI does great coverage of high school sports, but they never promoted their site. Plus KMOV and now KSDK has similar sites out too and they do a better job promoting them.
