Guest cfif
[yt]wjBE618yBrE[/yt] they got the jcbD KOIN pack....I'm a big fan of the logo. It's retro without being hokey, if that makes sense.
Tyler 150
I too like the logo. It's different.
Bucc 4
That is an ugly set. Why is the music so LOUD then soft? but enforcer:) yes!
who?cares 253
I think this looks better on WKBN, than on KOIN.
hinto 0
I think this looks better on WKBN' date=' than on KOIN.[/quote'] Agree. They should use the News in Focus cut for the open too.
Ntropolis 593
This one looks a bit different than KOIN's... more angles to go with the logo. Historically, John Christopher Burns' graphics have had the same motifs and style elements.
Dave Lampstein 6
That is an ugly set. Why is the music so LOUD then soft? but enforcer:) yes! Probably just the audio guy not being used to the new cuts...
thafernykid 2
These are great! Not all that busy/flashy stuff that stations seem to like now.
MYosua 1
I agree that it is a very nice look. I love the WKBN text, since it definitely is inspired by the classic WKBN radio logo, which is still very prominently displayed throughout the building. Mrtraveler01 737
yeah....John Christopher Burns visited WKBN before he did their graphics and was inspired by that classic logo.... Looks like it's a slight modification of the KOIN Local 6 graphics. Looks pretty good for the Youngstown market (though that's not saying much). channel2 869
I went on Burns's website and examined the graphics. It is a nice look (I've always admired JCB's understated, modest design), but I like his recent work for KOIN better (mainly based on the colors and choice of typeface; KOIN uses Gotham more, and I can't tell what WKBN/WYFX is using).
