Micstromme 3 Posted April 24, 2009 Share Posted April 24, 2009 I do not know if everyone here agrees with me, but I for one can say that I have always loved and respected Roz Abrams. I was so sorry to hear that she left WABC/Ch. 7 back in 2003 for an offer from WCBS/Ch. 2 because deep down, we all know how WCBS does with their talent. They offer them nice packages and they even go the extra mile and fix them up for their new gig. But Roz Abrams, now aged 60, has been gone from the media market that made her a household star, has been in a semi-retirment for some 3 odd years. I miss her from Eyewitness News and as much as I love Liz Cho, I do feel like Liz and Diana alike had the placement that Abrams should have had since 1988. Bottom line is that I miss Roz Abrams. It seems the way the stations are going nowadays is to hire the newbie and get rid of the big payroll.
