How To Embedd Playable YouTube Videos in Posts?

I've seen it done before the other time I wanted to try it with a post that I made, but for some reason it didn't work, is there a specific code involved for doing it in the forum, because I followed the directions YouTube had posted, yet it didn't work, here is one that I would like to try:

 

[yt=425,350]5L3Vp7Sq_Ho[/yt]

 

But I get a blank white screen.

 

Any suggestions? I've seen it done before on this website, but the question is how they did it...

All you need to include inside the YouTube tags is the video ID. (the code following v=.)
