Geoffrey 861
Just noticed that ABC 7 broke in live as soon as "Live" ended with a special "Help for Haiti" report. Lori Stokes and Ken Rosato anchoring it, went to Bill Evans and Sandra Bookman with ways to help. It just ended after about five minutes and "Rachel Ray" seems to have been delayed. They said they'll be back in another hour. Any other stations doing this? Very interesting. Vlad 325
Its amazing how so many media organizations and nations are pulling together in this horrible travesty that has befallen that country, its all really terrible. Those stations are to be commended especially CNN for their nonstop efforts and sharing and revealing this unbearable tragedy to millions of people around the world. My thoughts and prayers are with the people of that country as I have some Haitian friends who have families that are over there in the midst of this terrible chaos and are still unaware of where their families are and have yet to contact them. And its really saddening... I don't know about anyone else, but this may be among one of the worst disasters that I've ever witnessed and followed in my lifetime, what a terrible way to start this decade... It actually almost makes me wonder if it is the actually beginning of the end, because the people of that country really absolutely did not need this right now.
