channel2 886 Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 Tribune got rid of theirs when Sam Zell decided to shove them into the toilet. I find it funny that they had a bureau in Washington, yet there was no news operation on WBDC/WDCW. It would have flopped, anyway; a higher dial position and The WB/CW being less popular than Fox down on WTTG would not have helped them at all.
