Trip in VA 0 Posted March 9, 2007 Share Posted March 9, 2007 I finally got to see the first two episodes and I was quite unimpressed. I'll put it like this. The parts that weren't trying so hard to be slanted and biased were worth a chuckle. The fact that most or all of it was entirely fake (remember, TDS and TCR are both based on the ACTUAL news) certainly didn't help. Beyond that, the slanted parts were trying so hard to be slanted that they just weren't funny. My advice to them would be to stop trying to be conservative and start trying to be funny. If the conservatism is a must, then at the very least make it SUBTLE. Am I the only one who finds the most disturbing thing to be that this appears on a so-called "news" channel? I can't imagine CNN or MSNBC showing such a show [yet]. - Trip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
