WCX-TV 17
Is it just me or are the NBC O&O stations changing their weather graphics. Just watched the forecast for LA and they aren't the same. Same thing in the Bay Area and San Diego. Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/6986-nbc-oo-weather-graphics/ Share on other sites
A3N 1002
KNBC changed their weather graphics about two weeks ago, and its a big downgrade from what they had before. Since KNBC provides weather reports for KNSD in the evening, they use the same graphics. The only difference is that KNSD uses its in house weather graphics for the morning newscasts. Hopefully this doesn't become the new standardized O&O graphics. lazynetjunkie 34
but what the heck is that spinning circle with "MAX" mean in the background? It's a radar.. It's the MAX Radar. The "spinning circle" is actually a radar dish. However, I don't know of any NBC O&O's that uses name MAX Radar. A3N 1002
I have attached a few examples below. In the first pic, there is a shot of the computer monitor with the NBC Logo. That was not there during the 6pm news, but they put it up at 11.
