  1. Given that it's just internal talk at the moment, I suppose it's too early to tell what exactly might happen. Sounds like the possibilities are wide open at this point. Whatever the arrangement might be after October 2024, I assume it ought to launch with a heavy streaming component.

  2. Telemundo 31 in Orlando moved into their new building recently, but they did a WBBM and moved the news department last to the new building. Here is the open and a partial view of the desk and video wall. It reminds me of a mix of KDKA and WSCV. Telemundo 31 uploaded a few pictures to their instagram as well. https://www.instagram.com/p/CewqU2POfAG/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

  3. New M&A. Gray is getting a new LP. Ths time in southern New England. They're acquiring WWAX-LD (formerly W27ER-D) from Triple Seven Media for $900K. Even though its COL is Westmoreland, NH, its antenna facility is located 63 miles south in Holyoke, MA (near Springfield). Gray is in the process of moving that other LP (WSHM) to WGGB's tower (expanding its contour). Wouldn't be surprised if it move this new LP to that facility as well, should it get the FCC greenlight.

  4. There’s also an option in the Fox lower thirds to put chips in that space. If you use them, they automatically animate away after four seconds. I don’t think I’ve seen any station use those chips at all. KTVU started using the QR bugs a while ago. Maybe two years ago? They stayed on the screen for a few weeks before they went away.

  8. No one said that she's not anchoring at all. @nynewslover was only correcting the untrue statement before that, that said that she'd be anchoring the entire program.
