  1. I just saw this in Villa Park. 10 days.

  2. It was announced during the Saturday morning newscast, that said newscast will be the last to originate from the Kelley Ave. studio. Tulsa sister station KOTV will produce the Saturday 6:00 and 10:00 p.m. and Sunday morning newscasts this weekend, before production moves to the downtown studio beginning with the 5:30 p.m. newscast Sunday night. (This is clearly a different tack from what KFOR did when it moved to its current studio in 2017, when it produced its Friday newscasts from the old 444 E. Britton building and produced its Saturday newscasts from the newer studio the next day; though in that case, the current KFOR/KAUT building was built next to the old one, making a more seamless transition of news production between the studios possible, whereas KWTV/KSBI is moving several miles across town.)

  3. On that subject, apparently the interviewer (Markie Martin) is the sister of Margo Martin, Trump’s Deputy Director of Communications. That relationship was not disclosed. I know I should really stop giving NN undue attention, but when they’re interviewing the former president like this, it’s kind of hard to ignore. FTVLive referred to the network as Fox News Lite, but even Fox News has greater levels of transparency. NewsNation is more like Diet Newsmax with a side of Fredo.

  4. This is not a good week. First, we lost Fred Hickman, then Kevin Conroy (The voice of Batman), and now we lost KCAL's Money Man. Consumer Analyst from WTVJ and KCAL Alan Mendelson passed away this past Wednesday at the age of 70. https://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/news/longtime-kcal9-reporter-alan-mendelson-dies-at-70/

  6. The current KWTV facilities will not be torn down. In fact Griffin Media is donating EVERYTHING in the current building to Langston University with Langston set to move it's Journalism Program to the Kelley Ave Studios in January
