Weird. Do we know for a fact he is an "employee", or maybe just interning or something? What's in it for the station? It's not that hard to have your professional weather people record segments for web.

Keep in mind just because a company logo is one there, that doesn't mean all the stations owned by that group use Lakana, or ever did. For example, Tegna has their own "Tegna One" CMS platform, though I don't know how many of their stations use it.

Wow....I've never seen such a thing. Really cool. I wonder if more stations will get something like this. What is the cost? Do you think stations would actually use DSLRs as studio cameras?

I saw a tweet by KGW news director Rick Jacobs and was wondering if KGW had plans to move which I would find very surprising. https://twitter.com/RickJacobsKGW/status/573600377989414912 "New relocation" is weird phrasing but I'm guessing he is referring to KING. Maybe some KGW staff will be helping them move.
