  1. Marvin Scott anchoring a regular newscast tonight (with Narmeen Choudhury) for the first time in....I don't remember.

Same at the 10 pm newscast hell i dont know when he anchored one i would say he anchored back when jack cafferty roamed the halls of channel 11

  2. ABC's been running promos teasing a one-week-only return of a mystery personality starting January 4th. I'm getting the feeling it may be Sam filling in for Ginger.

I want to say Spencer Christan since he is the only one still in the abc family

  3. Anything's possible. I just don't think with current management they wil demote Tamsen to replace her with Kaity. Age and sex appeal unfortunately are more important qualities than experience nowadays.

I agree there was an article on that suspect tunedin site that blasted tamsen for being more interested in self promotion then being a serious newscaster, heck if i were the channel 11 news director i would fire tamsen.

  4. Marvin Scott should anchor again. I can see him doing a midday or weekend morning 'cast on PIX should either come up.

    One other thing...WELCOME BACK, BRENDA!!!

yeah if he wants to, maybe he wants to stay on the beat, wasn't he anchor with kaity before jim or was it the infamous Jack Cafferty

  5. Noticed WPIX called in Tamsen and John to cover the presidential address. Not sure if it was really necessary, I don't see why they couldn't just have Kaity do it. They even said that Kaity will be back anchoring the news at 10.

where did they simulcast the address from cnn? cause i cant take Tamsen seriously during events like this

  6. while im here in the 60's when the tonight show was in NYC before it left in 72 where was WNBC located, cause after the tonight show left 30 rock and went west WNBC moved in to studio 6b now im trying to solve the mystery of where it was around 1969
