  1. Yeah but that's WABC's forte. Weather and Heather, There goes that news van again, etc...

also don't forget when sam champion was there they had some quirky ones like some grandma and her husband going nuts seeing him in a building and the sun shining on him walking with an umbrella and some people dressed as various the sun and thunderclouds and lightning etc.

  2. I guess screw you Scott Williams huh.

if he is smart he would have gotten a clause in his contract ala audrey puente when she was bumped off from weekday mornings at wcbs that if he is demoted the contract is void; heck i would negoate that in the event that if i were demoted from chief meterologist for the sake of bring in some one to be chief i would want my contract voided and be paid either 3 months or how everlong my non compete would be

  3. Newshound if you ever dealt with Jim Rosenfield how is he and from when i remembered him in nyc he never got his fairshake in there because at wcbs they kept changing and at WNBC his path to 11pm was/is still blocked by chuck scarborugh

  4. Another Windy City Live departure... This time Emarald-Jane Hunter a jack of all trades of sorts who did booking, produced segments and did fill-in EP work among other things. She had been with WCL since 2011.

She left to become the Director of Media and Content Development for Chicago boutique PR firm Henson Consulting. The is the third major departure from the show in the past few months.

would it be wrong to say cancel the show and bring back the 11 am news?
