The time switch was reported on earlier in the thread. I don’t remember Matt and Katie ever hosting the third hour.
Once Kathie Lee leaves, they should give Kathie Lee and Hoda’s Hour to Jenna Bush Hager and bring on Chelsea Clinton to be her co-host.
I would have to disagree with you here. Jenna is an absolutely terrible and awkward host.

Dan Grossman is the new WTVJ/NBC 6 weekend morning anchor. He comes to Miami from 9 News in Denver.

According to the Miami Herald, WFOR main anchor Rick Folbaum may leave soon. That would be another departure at CBS 4 following the recent one by morning anchor Eugene Ramirez. With Rick leaving, the station will have only one male anchor Elliott Rodriguez and so many anchor positions to fill.

Really liked him. That’s a huge loss for the station, as they lost Adam Kuperstein not too long ago.
Apparently Roxanne Vargas is his replacement in the morning. Not sure about 11am. Not a fan of the move. Also leaves weekend evening and mornings now vacant for WTVJ.
Eric’s moving to California. You know, there is a morning anchor position open at KNBC.
Yes, Roxanne and Shelli, I am not really feeling that new team. Johnny Archer anchors weekend evening so it is just one vacancy, weekend morning.

Today was Eric Harryman's last day at WTVJ. He is moving back to the west coast. Roxanne Vargas gets promoted to the morning co-anchor position.
S/N: WFOR is now streaming all their live newscast on twitter.

When Robin is out these days, how often does Amy fill in for her vs. Cecilia (or another substitute) coming in for Robin while Amy remains in her normal role?
I have to assume Amy would want to be sitting in for Robin on those days, with Cecilia sitting in for Amy. It's strange that this isn't what seems to be happening.
To be honest, I haven't seen her fill in that much. Cecilia and Paula are filling in more frequently than before.

No the guy after him. I found out it’s the AM Anchor from WRC
Oh yeah that is Aaron Gilchrist.

Who is the new weekend anchor that has been on the last two saturdays at 5pm eastern/2pm pacific
I think you are talking about David Gura formely of Bloomberg.

Yep, it was surprising to see Vanesasa go because she just accepted the promotion but the article explains it all. So far, she has not resufarced anywhere else. I do hope she lands back on her feet. Jen is one of my favorites, I would have loved if she took the job full time but alas.I mentioned it in the shoutbox when I watched WFOR one time and was surprised to see Diane Magnum on-air.Summary:
Jen didn't want it because she didn't want to do TV permanently again.
Vanessa got into a feud with WFOR because of a vacation in L.A. and went to tour KCBS-KCAL while at it to possibly find a job there, which made WFOR management mad, which is why she left.
So glad to see Diane again!

Veteran WPLG anchor Diane Magnum back on air in Miami on a temporary basis at WFOR. Former WPLG anchor Jen Herrera was also offered the gig. She replaces Vanessa Borge who was suddenly let go.

Yes filling in for Paula this weekend.

I believe Johnny Archer is the new NBC 6 weekend evening anchor. He previously worked at NBC 5 in DFW. Johnny will replace Keith Jones who moved to weekdays.

Starting Monday Dec 4, CBS 4's (WFOR) morning news starts at 4:30 joining WPLG and WTVJ. That leaves WSVN as the only station to start at 5:00.

Mediaite is reporting that Thomas Roberts is out at NBC, to be replaced by David Gurra. Very sad to him leave the network.
I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Keith Jones is the new weekday anchor for NBC 6 News (WTVJ) at 4 pm and 5:30 pm, also lead sports anchor for the news at 11 and Sports Final. He is replacing Adam Kuperstein who now works at WNBC.

Overexaggerated... It's either exaggerated or not. Overexaggeration is not a term.
It was just an expression but thanks for the grammar lesson.

YES! Every night they open with "breaking as we come on the air tonight" and every storm is a "monster storm with millions affected"
ABC and its overexaggerated style of reporting.

Jesse Palmer is leaving GMA for DailyMailTV. It sucks because Jesse is a good host and fits in well.

The reason it's blocked is because LIVE TV is only available to in-market cable subscribers. Basically it's the desktop version of the NBC Everywhere platform.
There should still be a separate link for live-streaming of their newscasts. It might be hard to find, depending on how the NBC O&O handles their webpage. Often times you'll see a banner on the main page that says Watch Live: NBC XX News at XX O'clock.
The link to the newscast went missing for months now. The other O&Os still post the live link when it is time for each newscast but NBC Boston has been lacking in that department. It started out as weekends I couldnt watch and now weekdays is included it.

Jeff Glor came to mind as soon as I saw the news
Wow. I liked Scott, but somehow I feel his style is more suited for 60 Minutes than the CBS Evening News.As for a replacement, I wouldn't be surprised if Jeff Glor is at the top of the list. It gives them a fresh, younger look (he would be the youngest network news anchor at 41, two years younger than David Muir) and could help them gain more ground in the 25-54 demo.
