Ran across this by accident, and this may be not only the oldest footage discovered yet from a Hampton Roads station but possibly one of the few pre-1980 footage of ANY sort from WAVY (rumor has it the management {IMO, stupidly} destroyed nearly all their pre-1980 footage in a fire, why only God and those making the decision know).
