  1. Yeah, there was no warning whatsoever in the final hours, where as other disputes it's public knowledge in the days leading up.
  2. I think this will be one to watch. Dish claims that Disney wants a billion dollar increase, but it's been revealed that ESPN is a must-have channel and is one of the few channels remaining that keeps people from cutting the cord. There's a lot of backlash from Dish on social media. Will Dish cave or will this dispute last for months as Dish tries to keep customer's bills low?
  3. I liked Judge Lynn the best. I liked the Divorce Court of the 2000s and early 2010's when it was more emotional and serious compared to the later seasons where it's now more humorous. I miss the old bailiff Joe as well.
  4. There's two stations in Toledo that do it on Sun. mornings.
  5. Is it because of the time she interrupted the Masters for severe weather coverage?
  6. Someone said on the Discord that Karamo is a more civil version of Maury. There are no onset security guards, at least on the first episode.
  7. Sounds like a waste for Elizabeth. I wonder how she'd do as a CourtTV anchor?
  8. I'm sure over its history, NewsNation is known by most people when it had any WGN related branding. I'm sure most people outside of TV and news enthusiasts have never heard of NewsNation. I'd bet most people I know have never heard of it unless they casually scroll through the guide. I had high hopes for the network, but the constant talent and programming changes compared to other outlets doesn't help either. It seems like maybe it's time to go back to general entertainment if the incoming changes don't move the ratings. I don't think the non-Chicago version of WGN America from 2014-21 was popular either with the exception of maybe a few originals. Had no idea Newsnet had a European correspondent.
  9. BBC World News is carrying it, but it's a channel that tends to be available only in higher tier packages. They've now started a ticker telling viewers to go to BBC World News or BBC'S website.
  10. I know of him from his time on Channel One News back in the early 2010's.
  11. I actually have liked John on everything he's done and think he's a great politics reporter. Hope he does well on this new program. Who does have CBS News have for a younger and vibrant personality?
  12. And it's followed by Steve Wilkos. Interesting. Never seen school districts or schools put their classes on OTA TV. I've only seen it for churches during their Sunday services.
  13. WUAB aired virtual classes from Cleveland's school district?
  14. The FOX Sports channel on Tubi and other services is just a "Best of" of their programming.
  15. So this marks the 2nd return of the '87 theme, the first during Scott Pelley's run from 2011 to 2016.
  16. Going to WNWO to where Ellen is now at 4, just as I predicted.
  17. I don't see anything except for a few tweets. He was also the PA Announcer at Browns games, but I know him best as the PA Announcer at ISC-owned tracks. Heard his voice numerous times at Michigan International Speedway. He was the pre-race track host and did things like announce the driver introductions. May he R.I.P.
  18. On the TVNT Discord, there was a post shared from TheWrap that Lemon and Jim Acosta are staying put, for now.
  19. Paywalled. Have a summary?
  20. Nothing in Toledo yet, but WXYZ in Detroit gets a dreaded 1:30 AM slot.
  21. Karamo is going to WUPW at 4, per a promo I saw during the Field of Dreams game.
  22. Just saw a promo for Sherri. Going to WUPW at 2 in the slot where Maury is now.
  23. When was the last time Kendis was on Miami's airwaves?
  24. Maybe they'll revive Lockup and turn it back into crime shows on weekends.
  25. Might as well put Matt Lauer on the morning show and Charlie Rose a talk show as well. NN doesn't feel like the centrist outlet it launched as.
