  1. You forgot Quad Cities. Nexstar owns WHBF, KLJB and KGCW while Tegna owned WQAD.
  2. I saw the nightly news on KHQ got a new branding.
  3. A classic KSTP newscast from 1986:
  4. A 2003 WTVY newscast:
  5. Seems like WANE had met halfway. They changed its voiceover, yet kept the old graphics. Could that be renamed to The Ever Evolving Nexstar Graphics and Voice Situation Thread? WSAV already changed its voiceover and graphics.
  6. Ah screw that! My local station WXIA is about to end with the new Nexstar endtag!
  7. As Tegna is now a division of Nexstar, WTIC rolls out! Hopefully more Nexstar stations from the former Tegna division will get the new graphics!
  8. Looks like WREG is going to the simplified Nexstar graphics train.
  9. It was very sad news for fans of NBCUniversal's syndicated series!
  10. WITN had just got a graphics update to GrayONE again.
  11. Two days ago, KAPP and KVEW debuted their refreshed graphics. Hopefully it was a possible new look for Morgan Murphy when it was rolling out?
  12. Nexstar is using SpotVoice. But for KSL, KOB and WHNS, we're getting new voiceovers.
  13. I heard out KVAL is losing Al Vanik! Now Allan Peck is the new voiceover.
  14. Very good! Looks like KLRT had met halfway through the new graphics! They still used the old Newport-era graphics and music, despite their age, but they did change their voiceover (dropping off Jim Cutler).
  15. Wow! I like the new set! It's just wonderful!
  16. Hooray! WBTW had dumped Jeff Laurence again for a new voiceover!
  17. KFSM just got the new graphics now.
  18. Also I forgot also among traditional voiceover talent, KFQX is the only one that was replaced. KREX voiceover Jeff Rechner did the voice work for KFQX and hopefully will be temporary as Nexstar was in the process of switching over to SpotVoice. Maybe they met halfway as well to switch to SpotVoice.
  19. Oh, I see! We got some exclusive WINK-made newscasts on the newly acquired station.
  20. Long time no see. WTOL and WTSP had just got new graphics.
  21. Yes! Among traditional voice talent still being used on Nexstar stations, look like WHO had met halfway through the graphics, possibly new SAM and SpotVoice rollout. The station recently introduced The Rock music package (due to layoffs at WCPM following the closure of the Nashville division), yet they kept the current graphics and Brian Lee voiceover.
  22. I like these graphics! It's so sad the old Tribune graphics they had to go!
  23. A classic WPEC newscast from 1997:
  24. Here's a 1989 WTNH clip about the CA earthquake:
