On the OTHER downside, it might mean they replace a logo that's been alive and kicking for 15 years and is very likely to be a Television by Design work from 1996-97.* *Come on, it's a former Ackerley Group station. Think Upstate New York and KFTY. TVbD doesn't list this on their site, but I have a sneaking suspicion that these and the similar-and-still-active 90s logos came from one place, and the type choices scream 1996 TVbD alternate style (no Meta, Myriad instead).
