Terry Ruggles will no longer be on NBC 10 News Today. He's being replaced by Stacey Stauffer.

Yeah today was his last day. I'm pretty sure this was his decision and he wants to cut down on his hours cause I think he's getting ready to call it a career, He's been with the station for 40 years now.

Liked Terry as a reporter, but he never really grew on me as an anchor. However, with him gone, WCAU is down to one male anchor now (while having seven female anchors)! They should have never let Jamison Uhler go. He would have been great in the mornings. If Aditi leaves permanently, they should hire another male anchor for the mornings and/or afternoons. I prefer the male-female anchor pairings.

 

Ideally, the schedule would be:

5pm, 10pm, 11pm - Anchor Team 1

4pm, 6pm, 7pm - Anchor Team 2

*(the 7pm & 10pm could be switched)

Mornings, Mid-day - Anchor Team 3

Weekend Evenings - Anchor Team 4

Weekend Mornings & Mid-day - Anchor Team 5
