NYNews 54 Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 I just saw a promo for WCBS's News this Morning featuring Rob and Mary that look again very similar (they're in a building with exposed brick) to the ones WNBC has been airing for Today in NY. What is is wrong with WCBS, can't they be original?

I don't think it's a coincidence. I haven't watch WCBS in a while, I tuned in for their U.S. Open preview yesterday. And WNBC has been running their promos for a while now, much longer than a month.

How come The Eye's network news have the "Originality" (hence their slogan, "Original Reporting.") when they can't have the same originality to their O&O newscasts? (even down to the promos!)
