Does not look like Fox News Channel at all and while I like Version A, I know that FNC will use Version B. The music is more FOX-esque.

This is one time I hope they go with the Fox-y version. The theme music in Exhibit Version A is way too nails-on-the-chalkboard-y. V.B may not be great, either, but it sounds familiar.

And oh yeah, I got so caught up in the name that I forgot to comment on the opens lol. The first one sounds way too mysterious and somewhat depressing. It might would work for some type of documentary or series of reports on a very serious/dark matter, but the second one a) sounds better for FOX and b) pretty much sounds better period. Hell, I almost would like to see a full package made out of it.
