Upon consummation, Fox is expected to pull its affiliation from KTVU, its current affiliate, when its current affiliation agreement expires.

I bet the folks in Tampa would love to have no debt when they finish the sale with LIN (KRON for $1.5B) = 1.71 x (8 ABC Stations for $875M) Sinclair totally made the better deal today.
