Gray has been building some nice sets for its stations. The only real issue I have with them is how cheap they seem to go on the studio cameras...in a lot of their sets it seems they can't afford a real teleprompter setup and instead have one of those tiny security camera looking things with a flatscreen monitor for a teleprompter either above or below.

 

Sometimes on the air, you can tell the anchors aren't looking directly into the camera, and once you start to notice it, it's a tad disconcerting.
