lazynetjunkie 34 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 While searching You Tube tonight, I found this interesting "We're 4 New York" promo from 1992. URL: It's much slower paced and different than the ones we're used to seeing. The music is the closing music used on the newscasts but with the lyrics. Just thought I'd share it since it's one I haven't seen anywhere online before...
Vlad 334 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 I love it, I think its the best one of all. [yt=425,350]YyjbeFuM2zs[/yt] -Vlad
NewsMan 0 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 I found this one a while back, its in the classic video board. It's pretty good but not my favorite version of it.
moshewx 19 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 this is the very first We're 4 New York campaign.
abc7 Man 52 Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 Wow... nice find... I only remember the Opera tenor towards the end. I was wondering why I couldn't find one with it... now I know that it came from this version.
A3N 1002 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 I found this close of WNBC from 1995, the end music sounds like the We're 4 New York Promo... [yt=425,350]o8IkwcoOZzo[/yt]
NewsMan 0 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 You are right about that. This video may have it too at the end.
i3tvnt 3 Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 Maybe because they were still using "News 4 New York" in 1995!!!!!!!!
