She is a strong reporter and it's good to have her back in NY. Quite possibly a choice for weekend anchor duties given her experience. Usually when somebody is freelancing, they might work for more than one news organization at the same time. I know that Carter Evans freelances on My 9 News and around the holidays, he did Market Watch updates for CBS.
