Guest cfif Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Am I the only one who thinks this show is very confusing? I don't really understand the chip format and why it ends even if both still have chips.... And the constant pre-reveal commercial breaks are getting so annoying.
williamsvoice 0 Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Think of the chips as betting chips. Let's say someone uses three chips and covers answers A, B, and D with D being the correct answer. They keep the bet chip on D and the remaining chips are put in to the final Duel jackpot. The show isn't that bad. I'm shocked to find Mike Greenberg as a competent host for once.
Ntropolis 600 Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 I didn't watch it, it'll probably fail. ABC hasn't had a successful game show since WWTBAM... from "Show Me the Money" to "Set For Life."

Vlad 407 Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Its like the only good game show that exists now is Deal or No Deal. Duel is likely to fail, its too confusing..
clind 2 Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Maybe it's just my local station, but is the font hard to read? It seems like it's really thin and the player's names are impossible to really see.

RetroCirq 148 Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Personally, I did get a glimpse of "Duel" this week on 'PLG here in Miami. Unfortunately, I didn't really bother to continue watching.
