cbs2worksforyou 35
Did anyone check out any of their local CBS O&O's website refreshes? See cbs2chicago.com, cbs2.com, or cbs2ny.com. They look better than the old sites, but still a little too cluttered for my taste...
mre29 1343
I was hoping they'd make the video player larger, along the lines of what cnettv.com has. 300x200 is rather small.
seriouslythough 0
cbs4.com, hmm they changed the colors of the logo.
RGSJenkins 432
It's way too cluttered in the middle. Only WBZ and WCCO have different colors on the top. WBZ has aqua blue and they have no weather icon near their logo, while WCCO's site is grey, they use a picture of clouds instead.
stevieboy247 42
I checked out the new sites yesterday. They don't look that bad, though I think they still have some of the old to go with some of the new. If you know what I'm saying.
jestbiteme 13
I checked out the new sites yesterday. They don't look that bad, though I think they still have some of the old to go with some of the new. If you know what I'm saying. I don't care for it. The glossy header tries too hard to look like the IBSys sites, and I miss the weather images that included the city skylines or what-have-you. The new weather icons tucked behind the logo just doesn't cut it. The navigation bar on the left side seems to be missing something, and it blends in too well with the rest of the site-- not easily discernable. Yeah I agree it's basically a modernized version of the old site. But I did like the city skylines behind the logo instead of just having a sun or a rain cloud in the background. I like what WBZ has done is just foregoing the weather logo entirely. It looks a little less amateur-ish.
Geoffrey 779
It'd be great if CBS would add a mobile version of their site. They all advertise how you can go on their website on your phone but it takes forever to load.

kjohnson 15
CBS mobile site addresses don't appear to work. As for the CBS O&O website refreshes, it's nice. Space utilization is better than it was. It does seem crowded in certain spots, though.

It looks a little less amateur-ish. I myself was a fan of the skyline behind the logo in the graphics. It looked really cool..but what would've made it cooler is the use of 3-D graphics of the skylines..not just monochromic 2-D designs. IMO, those look a little dull. bostonmediaguy 123
As for the website starting with m' date=' theirs is not up yet.[/quote'] Sorry. I assumed that they were all operational. newsie 11
'Bout time they got some type of update. Not too impressed. They all follow the same layout as the old ones, just a slight refresh. Still too cluttered.
