CBS O&Os update web presence

It's way too cluttered in the middle. Only WBZ and WCCO have different colors on the top. WBZ has aqua blue and they have no weather icon near their logo, while WCCO's site is grey, they use a picture of clouds instead.

I checked out the new sites yesterday. They don't look that bad, though I think they still have some of the old to go with some of the new. If you know what I'm saying.

I don't care for it. The glossy header tries too hard to look like the IBSys sites, and I miss the weather images that included the city skylines or what-have-you. The new weather icons tucked behind the logo just doesn't cut it.

The navigation bar on the left side seems to be missing something, and it blends in too well with the rest of the site-- not easily discernable.

Yeah I agree it's basically a modernized version of the old site. But I did like the city skylines behind the logo instead of just having a sun or a rain cloud in the background.

+1 on missing the loss of the skyline weather. I like what WBZ has done is just foregoing the weather logo entirely. It looks a little less amateur-ish.

CBS mobile site addresses don't appear to work.

As for the CBS O&O website refreshes, it's nice. Space utilization is better than it was. It does seem crowded in certain spots, though.

I myself was a fan of the skyline behind the logo in the graphics. It looked really cool..but what would've made it cooler is the use of 3-D graphics of the skylines..not just monochromic 2-D designs. IMO, those look a little dull.

I like it when you look at the page at night, it changes from day to night.
