Doug Kammerer's leaving CBS3 at the end of August to be the new chief meteorologist at WRC/ NBC 4 Washington D.C.

Another big loss for the Philly market. Congrats to Doug, long overdue and definitely deserved. He's got the looks, the presentation, and most importantly, the knowledge. Still wondering why 10 let him go instead of the clown they now refer to as their chief meteorologist.
