So did WPTV and KJRH. The latter using that set is pretty rare, but there is a 1986 news brief with Beth Rengel where a "blue background" is shown behind her, which is part of that set. I wish we could find more KJRH from that period, but that's just typical Oklahoma television for ya.5 points

The logo in my avatar was ditched in 87 for the logo you see in the screenshot I posted- white with the pink background. That logo was then ditched in early to mid 88 for the KCOP knockoff, which was then ditched in the fall of 89 for the logo that is still on the helipad. Wikipedia is wrong, KOVR didn't move to West Sac until 1989 or 90. They were still on Arden in 87 and 88.3 points

I believe Gil Jimenez did many of the standard-issue Gray sets introduced from the mid to late 2000s. Some are still in use today. Who did the mid-80 Scripps sets? I know WEWS, WCPO and WMC had them.1 point

WABC had a bunch of sets in the late 70s/early 80s that were designed in house by Gene Fabricatore... I especially liked the one used from 1982 to 1985 - very curvy and stylish for that era. Unfortunately it lost a LOT when it was painted blue in early 1985. They replaced that set with the one used on KABC since the late 70s (also used on WLS)...1 point

Commercials, etc. from WAVY in January 1995. This is the earliest I've seen Newswire appear... not sure when the switch from The Team/Wall to Wall happened, but it may have been for the new year. Also included at 2:28 is a promo for the WAVY News 10 weekend team - featuring a production music track that is !1 point

the logo in your avatar got ditched in 87 for the kcop one when they moved to west sac... then they realized the new one sucked and debut a refined version of the previous logo around 1990... that logo is still painted on their helipad... KOVR has a unique history... and the internet hasn't documented it well...1 point

I'll be honest Suki has a similar type personality to Juliet Huddy, and perhaps that's why they hired her, compared to someone like Theresa. I would definitely like to see Suki and Antwan as a team.1 point
