  3. So they essentially demoted Justin for someone who, while very accomplished, is a WSB newbie. That’s atypical for them. They usually groom folks for years and promote from within. I guess it’s possible Justin wanted it, but it seems like he would’ve announced he was stepping back to spend more time with family or whatever if that was the case.
