I don't think that's their plan. Why would you want to move to KLCW spectrum when they can be on its own UHF frequency? Along with moving UHF is to move from its current site to KJTV/KLCW's tower.

Tom Koch is hanging is up. After nearly four decades at KTRK, the longtime morning anchor announced his retirement this morning. He will anchor his final broadcast in May.

A local ministry in Montgomery will take over the former WSFA facility on Delano Avenue. The station moved to the RSA Tower in downtown (within blocks from the State Capitol) last Spring.

Just a couple months after the sale closed, KMGH has relaunched KCDO as "Local 3". Syndie shows include Right This Minute, The List, Family Feud and secondary airings of Tamron Hall & Kelly Clarkson during the evening hours. It will have an extended morning news from 7-9am and a "special" 1pm broadcasts.

Two Sinclair channel change PRMs have now advanced to NPRMs. KTUL from 10 to 14. KRCG from 12 to 29.

Slowly, but surely, the new graphics are creeping into the pre-Raycom outlets. Valley News Live (KVLY/KXJB) have the same graphic pack its sister station down I-29 have (KSFY/KDLT).

Nexstar has renewed its affiliation agreement with NBC.

Tegna has renew its affiliation agreement with NBC.

Not sure when that contract expires. But as of now, WSYM is still the MeTV affiliate in Lansing.

Another Nexstar outlet drops MeTV for Antenna TV. And this is complete swap in Springfield, MO. Gray's KSPR will carry MeTV on 33.3. It replaces Nexstar's KRBK 49.2, which will carry its own Antenna TV in its place.

....And along with WPIX (which we already mentioned), the Weigel acquisition was also finalized. No telling when they'll move the networks over to the new stations.

Scripps has announced the completion of the sale of WPIX to Mission today. The Lighthouse only held the station for 468 days.

The closings are happening before we say goodbye to 2020....... The Univision, WLII & WARZ transactions have been finalized.

In the last few Christmases I remember, they wouldn't even do a Christmas morning broadcast. So I'm surprised they did one today.

And here's it is. The FCC just greenlighted the Univision transaction.

KMGH didn't move frequencies. KMGH's main signal is still on RF 7. And of course their translator KZCO-LD (RF 30). But since Scripps bought KCDO & KSBS, they have added the 7.1 feed on KCDO (RF 23) & KSBS-CD (RF 19). But staying on topic, it appears that KWGN (RF 34) is the ATSC 3 test station carrying KWGN, KDVR, KMGH & KUSA main feeds. This explains why the ATSC 1 feed of KWGN is now on RF 36 (KDVR's RF ch.)

It has yet to be finalized. But it's pretty much a forgone conclusion......
