Sounds like a bunch of examples of separate packages. Is there anything 'revealed' here?

Another ABC affiliate that used Ernie Anderson. Also, KTVK's news director at the time was Cecil Tuck, brother of Michael Tuck of San Diego fame and Gene Tuck from KTVI and KSAT.

Part of a WTSP 11:00 newscast from 1999 with Sue Zelenko, Reginald Roundtree, Dick Fletcher and Al Keck. I felt like WTSP, at this point, was kinda falling behind the other stations in the market, IMO.

Most of a WTVN-Ch.6 newscast from 1987 and part of "World News Tonight". What's interesting is at about 31:00, there is a spot discussing WTVN's pending sale from Taft Broadcasting to another owner. WTVN was spun off to Anchor Media, which was founded by several former executives of Gulf Broadcasting and WTSP.

WTSP news promo and commercial breaks from 12/31/88. That summer, the station debuted a new studio set and graphics, but kept the "Action News" moniker and theme music they'd been using since 1983. A few months after this, in April 1989, a computer espionage scandal rocked the market, resulting in the arrest of WTSP's news director and assistant news director, who had formerly been employed by WTVT and still had access to WTVT's computer network

In 1987, KFMB's Loren Nancarrow did a story about the Los Angeles TV news ratings war and the type of stories being aired:

i don't think this has been posted. It's WSB from 1974. The main anchor is David Sisson and the title of newscast is "Newsroom". Surprisingly, they are also using "MCTYW" here:

From 1988, rare clip of sportscaster Steve Talbot at WTSP. He was only with the station about 14 months and was replaced by Al Keck. AFAIK, this was his last TV job.

In 1986, WXFL (WFLA) was in third place in the Tampa Bay ratings wars. They were using the slogan "Helping You Win!" as featured here:

Was hoping to find a clip on YT but nothing turned up. There is a mid 70's promo that was proof they used the "Eyewitness News" moniker.
