Speaking of KOVR, they must have also used the "X Belongs" package by Peters Productions, as I notice their slogan in 1979 was "13 Belongs".

That WTCN open is pretty advanced for1975 compared to many opens in the big markets at that time. The theme music is probably by Radio Band of America.
