    Two thoughts on this package. The first is that it looks an interpretation of the the former WALA graphics; at least open anyway. The second being, it looks like something you can buy on VideoHive.

    They can't. At least not yet. The stations were operated as one giant feed. Currently, there's no way to interrupt one station without broadcasting it to the entire country. At least that's what we were told.

    I saw where Gray is upgrading the Raycom stations to VIZrt. That could be the reason behind the change.

    I'm know WZDX has Ross Xpression. I'm not sure what the TEGNA graphics is built on, but that could be part of their hold up.

    It appears WZDX will launch soon. They’re now using the weather graphics on their website.

    Nexstar has been pretty quick about changing things over lately. They’ll want that station to shed any Sinclair-isms stat.

    WCPO is temporarily expanding it's 7pm newscast.

    WHNT is getting a new set. They already had the best set in Huntsville.

    The contract expired in February. They’ve been running on extensions since then.

    They may be under contract with their current provider for a little bit longer.

    They shouldn't be on the same IFB Channels, in theory they should be able to hear each other. Unless they are using some sort of app - like Unity. It could be to minimalize any shot delays / awkward chat, so the other can look ahead at scripts. Things just work better when there's less going on.

    They’ve used the breaking news cuts along side Aerial for at least the last year and a half.
