I have a brain tumor that has affected my vision. And it needs to come out right away, they say. My sight should return to nearly normal if it all works out. And I believe it will. Since FOX29 is in the process of getting a new set does anyone know if FOX5 is supposed to get one? How hold is the one they have now? And has anything besides the backdrop been refreshed?

I like Sade however I do prefer the Bill/Liz team at 11.. Anyway I don't think Sade will be affected IF there is any changes.. I think it's more likely Diana and Shirleen will swap roles or if Diana retires in the next few years Shirleen will either get the 6 with Liz and Bill will move to 5 or Shirleen will just get the 5.. HOWEVER, if anyone is forced out or demoted there will likely be serious backlash from both viewers and station staff

I agree and I feel it will unfourtanately involve Diana Williams being affected in someway

Seems like they're doing something new at 5.. Called the "Breaking News Live Desk".. Which is in the newsroom..where the go for all the breaking stories (obviously). So far there have been 3.. All done by Shirleen Allicot.. One time they went from a remote shot straight to her.. Seems cool I like it but also seems like it could be extremely over used after a while

I agree they need a male, however no matter who they get I still think WABC does and will still have the best weekend morning team. (Even though Pat and Gus are good too) Does anyone think whoever gets the position will also do weekend nights with Cindy? Ot will she stay solo?

I saw a clip of this mornings news online and realized they were showing a live shot of 42nd street as the backdrop. I know they did it during the storm too. Hope it's permanent cause it's 1,000,000,000,000x better than the normal background

I only watched a few mins of their coverage today but I gotta say the scroll bar they were using was much better than the blue and orange one they normally have.

The news at 6:30 is the best thing PIX has going for them right now. They should either get the full 6:00 hour or get the 10. If they were to get the 10 I have no doubt they'd beat Steve and Dari. Kala Rama and Craig Trwadway are good as well
