Why do the have the anchors sit on stools? I could see giving the weather person just a stool at the desk.. But the anchors? They're the "Number 1 station in the Nation" you would think they could give them chairs.. It's looks pretty uncomfortable.

I must admit Dave Price was EXCELLENT today during the Breaking News coverage of the empire state building shooting.

Anyone know if they're getting new graphics? Audrey Puente tweeted a photo saying "going over new weather graphics with Mike Woods" I wonder if they are updating all the graphics or just weather ones? Btw Audrey has been working 15 days straight being that Shay Ryan left and Nick Gregory has been out the past 2 weeks

Theyre doing a newscast right now titled News 4 at 4. It's anchored by Chuck and Shiba and it's listed on the cable guide.. I guess it's cause of the Olympics ending earlier today?

Yeah on the cablevision channel guide it's listed as News 4NY at 7.. I guess they renamed it to make it flow with the rest of the newscasts

They also have Audrey Puente to fill in if someone is out.. I would like to see Chris Knowles formerly with PIX11 get the spot..

Anyone know if there are computer problems this morning? Because for much of the morning FOX had no news ticker or FOX5 bug.. The bug is back but it's frozen with HD on the top.. PIX also took their news ticker down a little after 8:00.

It's been like that for a few weeks.. It's the same at noon.. Also at 6 they have the "night" background with the skyline lit up.. They should change that for the summer to a lighter one since it is still sunny out at that time

Both Joe and Sandra were off tonight.. Phil and Michelle were in.. Phil was there this morning but Michelle wasn't (Toni Yates was in).. Why do they have the morning people fill in? Do they not have other reporters that can be anchors?

Last night Dari Alexander was out sick.. Sharon Crowley did the 5:00 and Roasanna Scotto did the 10:00.. Any1 know why Sharon didn't stay for both.. I was surprised they brought in Rosanna instead of one of there reporters.. Being that she had to be back so early this morning.

Does anyone know if they're planning a graphics update soon? I saw yesterday they updated the "Live" wipe and I saw an updated Breaking News graphic at 5pm..

Besides their anchors it doesn't seem like PIX has any full time people.. People there last a few months and they bring in a new round of reporters.. It's so dumb cause their news content sucks and the people are always being moved around.. Atleast if they stuck with the same people viewers would watch and get used to the reporters.

Kerry Drew from PIX 11 was reporting for FOX 5 at 10:00 last night.

yeah..they have had the kitchen set for a while..they don't always use it for the segments..i think only if they are cooking hot foods...but its been there for a while its not new.

Alex was subbing for Cindy this morning..maybe she's on vacation or something..But Alex is a pretty good anchor..she has alot of potential..I can see them considering her to fill an anchor spot should one come up.

They're using a new background image on the set this morning.. I like it.. It's nicer then the other one they used in the morning.. I don't have the technology to upload any images so if anyone can upload pics that would be cool.

Tom Llamas anchored the Noon, 5pm and 6pm solo tonight.. I was surprised they didn't put anyone with him for the 5:00.. I have never seen a 5pm newscast anchored solo in NYC before with the exception of PIX11.

I'm not up early enough to watch the early part of Good Day but a few ppl mentioned that Heather Nauert has not been on.. Anyone know what's going on?

Yeah but with Bill Carey there it's his way or the highway and I don't think he is gonna change anything.. He's an idiot.. I think a monkey could run a better station then him. The station is ruined now and it's sad.. The morning show is just Suki and Frances acting like 2 babbling idiots and the 10pm...well we all know about that.
