Yeah you're not kidding. I actually felt sorry for Greg. She's the only one who brings the show down like that. Usually Greg can make comments and whoever is there will laugh or respond. But not her. I just wish they wouldn't have those damn celebrity co-hosts during the 9:00 hour especially Bethanny.

Yeah I agree.. Antwan Lewis filled in on Friday morning but I really like him much better as a reporter.. They need to find a replacement for the Good Day Wake Up spot.. Juliet Huddy is growing on me and if they find the right person it will work.. They also need a weekend weather cause right now they only have 2 weather people plus Audrey Purnte who is technically my9.. They always have the FOX5 weather person do the forecast on Thurs and Fri for ch9 since those are Audrey's days off. The weird thing is last week when Rosanna was off Christina Park filled in so idk why she couldn't fill in for Greg.

I live in the Hudson Valley so I never really saw her until she went to Ch5 and then 2 but from the looks of her Facebook she was well liked on News12 New Jersey.. She's a good anchor and she's pretty too.. Perfect combo lol

Is it just me or has Ernie been out alot over the past few months? I know Rosanna had alot of vacation time over the summer and then in the last few months of 2012 and up until about early February was dealing with "family issues" but is everything ok with Ernie?

According to Michelle Charlesworth's Facebook page Jen Maxfield will be leaving soon.. Doesn't say exactly when or where she is going.

thats pretty funny lol..Another thing kind of like this only not as noticeable..I'm not sure if they're still airing it but WCBS was airing a commercial saying to donate with the red cross..It's filmed somewhere in the newsroom and you cans see on a TV on the top middle in the background and it has Dave Price and Rosanna Scotto from Channel 5 doing part of the newscast..someone pointed it out to me and you have to look really closely.

They're on at 4:00 again today cause of the storm.. I caught about 5mins of it just now and the backdrop is a view looking down on rockerfeller center towards the rink.. I guess they lost the other feed but this view is actually pretty nice I think they should use it instead of the skyline especially with Christmas coming.

Yeah I saw that this morning.. Then at the end of the 5:00 Dari and Ernie stood their to wrap up and toss to Greg instead of standing in the middle of the studio like they usually do.. It really doesn't match the rest of the studio.. I wish they would give the whole set atleast an update or something

I really like that.. I remember when PIX11 debuted their set and the 6:30 newscast they used the backdrop screens as OTS graphics.. We will probably only see this during special coverage but I like it.

I really think they need a new set..I was looking at some pictures from a few years ago and their set really has aged bad..The front of the desk is really faded when you compare them..It probably won't happen soon but in my opinion it really needs to be done.

The old weather center has been updated.. It now has the same backdrop as the one in the studio.

They have updated their newsroom..What I assume it the control room is now in view..Not sure if it was a curtain up or if they knocked down a wall..I don't have any screen shots to post up..But I saw it for the first time last night..It wasn't a different camera angle or anything..I wonder why they did this..Is there any chance at all that they could be getting ready for a temporary set and they might use that as the back drop?

I guess Erika is officially the weekend evening anchor with David.. Tonight at 6 Gus Rosendale filled in and said "in for both David and Erika"

there is a VERY slight weather graphics update today. Its mostly on the 7 day forecast and the graphics like that. I don't see NY Weather Authority branded anywhere on the maps...are they trying to stray away from that branding?

It was Darlene and Michael this morning.. I got up just before 6:30 and they were at the table until the end of the show. So I assume it was for the whole morning.

They're sitting at a small glass desk in front of a single plasma screen that's mounted on a blue wall.. Anyone know why they aren't on the regular set?
