KCTV is doubling down on bringing former TV personalities back to TV. They got former KMBC meteorologist Erin Little earlier this year. Now former WDAF traffic anchor/producer Bill Hurrelbrink has joined the KCTV morning show.

KCTV is adding a 7:00 p.m. newscast on KSMO (My Network TV). They've waffled over the years on newscasts on KSMO, adding and subtracting them. I don't see why anyone would watch this one if they don't watch the others.

KCTV named a new GM today, Chuck Poduska from the Meredith corporate level. Their current GM has only been there a couple of years.
