Yeah I agree. When WEWS used to owned the market, and WOIO is looking better then there's a problem. 4th place is where WEWS should get used to.

Rhonda been doing mornings since 1998, but that when she was doing traffic over at FOX 2. In 2003, she jump ship to Channel 4 doing the morning news, but in 2007 for a hot minute she was doing the 5PM News. Not sure if it was for the hour-long or if it was 30 minutes. That didn't last long, so she was placed back on the morning news. WDIV has alot of castaways from FOX 2 and a few from WXYZ. Their talent bench is heavy. I still can't believe Carmen, is retiring. I just think the station would have her continue in some role, where they bring her out for special reports. She been the face of that station forever. There was a time back when WJBK/TV2 was CBS they were courting Carmen to jump ship.

Rhonda Walker has been itching to get Carmen's job. Many Detroiters would say Ruth wanted Carmen's job. Lila wanted Ruth's job and Rhonda wanted Lila's job. However, Rhonda Walker has been itching to get Carmen's job, but it seems that Kimberly is the ideal candidate, but we should see how it all will play out. I wonder if they would move Karen Drew to morning news/noon. Rhonda at 4,5 and Kimberly at 6/11.

Well, I guess Jan Jeffcoat moving to the morning news, Andrea doing noon news. 5pm Adam/Lesli, 6pm Leon/Lesli, &7pm, Bruce Johnson, 11pm Leon/Adam- Now that's my wishful casting. However, TEGNA probably wouldn't go for it though.

It would behoove W*USA9 to pick-up Leon Harris for their evening shows at 6&11pm.

No, I agree with you on that. I just hate seeing every station wanting to identify itself with affiliate/channel #/News at the end. That's generic branding I like to call it. I feel tv stations use to have it own identity back in the day. Yes, some had Eyewitness News, NewsChannel, Action News, etc. I think they should of keep the NEWS 10 brand.

No surprise here, and I was told It already in play, and I was told this a year ago. I've been hoping TEGNA/Gannett becomes winner of 'BNS & 'THR. End of an era for the Wolfe Family which has been a staple in the Capital City.

Pls, God don't speak CBS Action News horrible brand news just either go back to 19 Action News or CBS 19. WFTS has a horrible brand name ABC Action News. Might as well place that up there with WGCL's Clear News.

11Alive needs a brand new logo, it been around since 1993. Whew, but for some reason I like the KARE 11 logo which has been around since the 1980s. However Gannett/TEGNA tend to shop for barging basement logos. Idk Y....
