  1. Australia Job cuts in NBN after WIN takeover https://tvblackbox.com.au/page/2026/06/02/win-axes-nbn-news-weekend-bulletins-in-major-schedule-overhaul/
  2. Spain RTVE, one of the broadcasters that had boycotted the Eurovision 2026, had aired the statement regarding why they decided not to broadcast the show before the newscast ‘Telediairo’, at same day the Grand Final begins. https://www.esc-plus.com/rtve-broadcasts-a-message-in-defense-of-human-rights-in-palestine-at-the-start-of-the-eurovision-2026-grand-final/ This year the show was overshadowed with Israeli participation, with five broadcasters boycotting the show: RUV in Iceland RTE in Ireland AVROTROS in the Netherlands RTV SLO in Slovenia RTVE in Spain The Netherlands and Iceland would broadcast the show, but the former was broadcast via NOS in NPO1. The Netherlands has its unique public broadcasting system. Other broadcasters choose not to broadcast at all.
  3. Things are really getting worse in CBS News…. Tony had to report the T****-Xi summit in the Grand Hotel of Taipei, Taiwan because of visa. https://www.ftvlive.com/sqsp-test/2026/5/14/the-keystone-cops-at-cbs-news https://focustaiwan.tw/politics/202605160016

  5. WSTE/Teleisla will relaunch as Univision Puerto Rico, marking Univision's return to Puerto Rico. They have been airing Univision programming since January, after WLII dropped its remaining Univision programming to become an independent station. WLII, the outgoing Univision affiliate was split from what is now TelevisaUnivision while they kept WSTE. Since then WLII has readopted the TeleOnce branding and started gradually dropping Univision programming and airing original programming based in PR. Before WLII completely dropped Univision programming, the only programming from Univision in weekday was telenovelas. WLII also had UniMas on a subchannel before they dropped it in January. https://www.tvboricuausa.com/2026/03/es-oficial-teleisla-canal-7-evoluciona-y-ahora-sera-univision-puerto-rico.html?m=1
  6. It’s back. Along with new channels logos for Sky channels.
  7. I thought FOX SA, Puro San Antonio was worse….
  8. Spectrum speculator. Another OTA Broadcasting or LocusPoint vibes… https://lowcountry34media.com
  9. TelevisaUnivision relaunched Noticias Univision as N+ Univision, to unified with Televisa N+ branding for news. The national newscast is now known as Noticiero N+ Univision. It has been adapted to local news as well.
  10. Not likely. Network logos isn’t required for NBC affiliates, not like Fox.
  11. Another Gray vs Coastal market. EDIT: Found out that Nexstar has FOX16, but still.
  12. Urban One is shifting stations in Queen City. From Thursday: WBT-FM (News/Talk) will be moving from 99.3 to 107.9 FM, which was originally known as WBT-FM from 1962 to 1978. 13. First NPG ends local news in KION and replaces with KPIX newscasts. Now they merged their flagship clusters’ newscasts in St. Joe with KQTV.
