It seems Strive keeps getting updated. I am constantly hearing new tunes. Do stations or Hearst commission the updates?

Congratulations to Mika and Joe! I've always kind of wanted to watch Morning Joe. It seems lIke a good show, but it has too much politics. I only have 10 minutes to sit down and watch TV in the morning. So, I don't have time for political discussions. I watch HLN.

I hope not. I would much rather watch Savannah than Hoda. NBC does NOT need another Ann Curry scandal. By the way, Megyn Kelly starts appearing on NBC programs next month. I wonder if she'll fill in for Savannah for at all...remember the rumors that she was going to take her job?

I don't think CBS will get rid of the 3 shot at the beginning. The point of the videos were just to roughly slap on the graphics to see how they'd look on TV, not showcase the team.

I've tried that. I don't want to make an account just to hear music. The 1/24 episode will be unlocked tomorrow, I believe since 1/23 was unlocked today. I'll watch then. EDIT: Here is a clip from this morning's broadcast. The music can be heard in the beginning. Awesome as always!

Can someone post a video? There is a percussion-heavy cut GMA has used for some time now, usually during Breaking News and Weather. But, recently, they have used it to open the show.

Why not February? That's sweeps month. Although, I do believe Today's White house show this year was in January.

How would you change the opens?

Well, it has been 4 years since the current Hearst Graphics package and Strive debuted. I have been starting to wonder, or if anyone knows this, is there a new graphics package on the way? They keep updating it, and I feel it wouldn't hurt to just debut a whole new one with the diagrid design, of course. As for music, they could keep Strive or they could do a Strive v2 to move away from the current package because it is continuously updated and has 29 discs! What do you guys think?

What change did you notice after Savannah's first maternity leave? All I remember is her hair looking a bit different.

I don't see the point of the 3 anchor format. Michael is not a broadcast journalist. He is a former football player who just happens to be good hosting talk shows and game shows. This morning, Robin barely said a word for 10 minutes during the 7am A Block. She had a few lines during the open, but, that was about it. If they wanted a 3rd anchor, I don't understand why they didn't promote Amy. She is 200x times better. GMA better be careful. One slip-up and it could be back to #2. Today is catching up after the Ann Curry saga of 2012.

Wait a second. Michael is going to be the new anchor? God no. He has no journalism background. The only thing he knows how to do is throw a football and host a game show.

So, I have watched part of HLN's new Michaela show pretty much every day since it debuted. I love it! And I also love their music. Is it a custom theme or production music? Who made it? And who composed HLN's Morning Express with Robin Meade theme? They have used it for quite a while. Thanks!

I read earlier in this thread that they are supposed to do some MAJOR restructuring this fall.

She is officialy leaving? I thought she was thinking about it. That's a shame. She was very good and I enjoyed her on the show. This certainly isn't going to help Today beat GMA again.

Why would they split up their morning team!? KING's ratings are going to go down. Mark is great, but not a good fit for evenings.

I know they aren't selling them. And, I watched an open of the KING 5 News on KONG at 9 Open from 2014. Greg Copeland was anchoring. I actually think he wouldn't be too bad to anchor the news at 5 in place of Dennis. If that were to happen, they could put Danielle at 4.
