  1. KJRH Tulsa's weeknight 6:00pm news has been expanded to a full hour. https://changingnewscasts.wordpress.com/2018/07/30/kjrh-now-local-news-exclusivity-tulsa-630-pm/ WVUE New Orleans' Morning Edition is about to add another hour. https://changingnewscasts.wordpress.com/2018/07/30/wvue-morning-edition-about-to-get-bigger/
  2. I know this is not the speculation thread but... 8.1 = ABC 8.2 = Me-TV 8.3 = H&I 51.1 = CW 51.2 = MyTV 51.3 = Escape 51.4 = Laff I may be wrong, but that's how I see it.
  3. By the way, that article says that WNNE is a CW affiliate. I thought they were joking. I thought that wasn't right because I know its an NBC affiliate. Apparently, when WNNE started to channel-share with WPTZ, it became a CW affiliate (taking over from WPTZ and is now WNNE 5.2) so there you go... https://www.mynbc5.com/article/program-alert-prepare-to-rescan-your-tv-to-continue-receiving-wnnes-signal/22105482 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WNNE

  8. TBD TV was a stupid name from the beginning and it looks like those plans are DEAD.
  9. Well I don't wanna keep going because we're just going off-topic but... I'm just a guy who prefers a straight hard news format, something that CBS-TM does. And also, GMA has just gotten too soft and so much fluff for me. (Gotten off-topic here but I'm done.)
  10. The new name which shows you complete stupidity about GMA plus the audience format that they still have and I don't know why. And yet, more people continue to tune into GMA. I like CBS This Morning better even though I don't watch network morning news.
  11. Congrats ABC. You make me wanna watch CBS This Morning now.
  12. Except those 4:30 a.m. sports reports are mainly pre-recorded so she won't be "exhausted" as you may think.
  13. I thought WCAU was second.
  14. They were probably last at that time and the scandal only led KYW's ratings to further continue into freefall. They haven't recovered since and may remain last for the remainder of its history.
  15. Well whatever the case was, he's gone. Bio is gone and everything.
  16. Say hello to Nueve, the newest name to Gala TV in Mexico. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Channel_9_(Mexico)
  17. The short version is... don't sext at work. Otherwise, there's a good chance you'll be out. Look at KFOR's Lance West for example. Out after 23 years. https://www.thelostogle.com/2018/07/18/lance-west-resigns-from-kfor-over-sexting-controversy/
  18. Okay? She's just a meteorologist with a pretty face, relax folks.
  19. As WUAB drops 7am and 9pm news, at least WOIO has expanded their weekend 11pm news to a full hour, the only station in the Cleveland market to do so.
  20. CityNews Toronto has existed forever, CityNews used to exist in other places, but then the 2010 crisis hit. Since then, CityNews is back in Edmonton and Winnipeg. And now, starting September 3rd, the City is back in the News for Calgary, Montreal and Vancouver viewers. Same times as the EDM and WPG ones. Calgary (via Canadian Newswire): https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/on-air-team-announced-for-citynews-calgary-launching-sept-3-688010861.html Montreal (via Canadian Newswire): https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/on-air-team-announced-for-citynews-montreal-launching-sept-3-688010971.html Vancouver (via CKWX News 1130): https://www.news1130.com/2018/07/12/citynews-vancouver-air-team-announced/
