  2. NBC News Special Report (7/7/2007) interrupting a Wimbledon Women's Match. Taped from WNBC 4 in New York BONUS: WNBC's "We're 4 New York" campaign promo aired during "Larry-Boy:The Cartoon Adventures" and the IDs during Wimbledon with the sports team not following the tune of the jingle, but also the generic ID.
  3. KMIR had recently switch to the new logo in December of last year, but on the OSB, and WPMI recently changed to that logo during the 10PM newscast last night.

  14. The pre-launch promo of "Extra" and the promo for the return of "Inside Edition" from WNBC in 1994. "COPS" reruns leave WNBC for WNYW in exchange for "IE" and "Love Connection" ended their run also on WNBC. "IE" leaves WNBC again in 1996, while "Extra" leaves WNBC in 2019 for WNYW.

  19. Big moves for the station. They hire 3 personalities in the past month. 1. Sally Ramirez, producer of the now cancelled CNBC show "The News with Shepard Smith" has appointing as the station's SVP for News, while Assistant News Director Akemi Harrison was moved up to being the News Director last April. Both of which they succeeding both Frank Whitaker, who is retired last year, and Princell Hair when he takes over as president for the station group run by Bryon Allen. 2. Former NBCU employee and current Communications and Media and Events Manager for the nonprofit Midtown Education Foundation Jeff Nuich rejoined NBCU to become the stations' Press/Project Manager last June. 3. Lastly, PJ Randhawa, a reporter for KING-TV in Seattle has joined channel 5 as the Consumer Investigate Reporter, assuming from the now-retired Lisa Parker. PJ becomes the second Indian-American reporter and the first female Indian-American reporter of the station in its 75-year history.
  20. Earlier tonight, both Stefan and Allison is doing the 5PM news as part of NASCAR Weekend in Chicago. The two is doing it again at 10pm this evening.

  22. Speaking of this, the choir director was on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" 2 weeks ago, and they aired a clip of the performance used in the promo. The clip is at 1:24 of the video.
  23. That on-air disruption came happen 30 minutes into TINY.
  24. Yes. That practice of removing time and temp from the bug which is began last year, after the station changing their news graphics. The time and temp placement on the bug during syndie programming was began in 1995 after the station changing its branding to "NBC 5 Chicago" or "NBC 5". The time and temp on the bug will continue to use on all of its newscasts.
