Assume there will be other problems as you "re-load" the transmitter. You work in reverse....the way they taught you "old school". Subcarriers and cable linksusually are restored last... once system stability on the main channels and paths are fully stable and restored.

West coast forecasters have very little tools and information to make predictions beyond 12/24 hours. Radar is only good for 25/50 miles out over the ocean. The Airforce does not fly data into west coast storms. All you have is sat, marine observations from bouys and ships, and that's about it.
