It's due to the olympics. Early today on nbc is not shown due to Olympic coverage so no first look. They have done this for years. In the past they would show repeats from prime time.

I can see one one day Chris Jansing being Andrea Mitchell's replacement when she decides to step away. It just seems like the next step for her.

Do we know who will be taking over the 1pm when Craig takes over 10am from Jose? Also after the election do you think MSNBC will actually bring back a logo for MSNBC Live?

I also enjoy Natalie, and would rather see Al and maybe Matt go. But I don't foresee her continuing in the newsreader capacity from the west coast. She would come on air at 4am PT, plus have AH to do. Doesn't seem likely.

I enjoy Natalie but I saw this coming with her missing so many shows due to being "on a report". Also noticed those reports are all entertainment based as well. But I don't feel like Access is the best use of her talents. They should have paired her with Willie for Sunday Today and made her Today Senior Correspondent.

Also at this point they should do away with everything News Anchor position and just keep it with Matt and Savannah reading the top stories like they do during the 7am hour.

Tamron is a good anchor but something about her doesn't feel right to take on the main broadcast.

Al Roker I feel like he will be on the broadcast for another 2 years and ease away. Appears they are already grooming Dylan like they did for Al when he slowly took over for Willard taking over a couple days each week.

has nbc announced Willie Subday anchor yet? I've seen all the reports like it has but nothing from the network.

Yes, but I'm pretty sure the Brown/Bloom team lasted only a few months before David's death.

Brown and Bloom were not co-anchors together. When David died his co-anchor was Soledad O'Brien. Katie and Matt joined her for a special edition of Weekend Today celebrating David. Several months later Soledad went over to CNN and Campbell Brown and Lester Holt joined Weekend Today together.

Harry Smith would be a great addition. Reminds me of Mr. Utley back in the day on Sunday Today. I also think they need to name Thomas Robertts Saturday Nightly News Anchor.

Yes but Lester Holt moved over to NBC Nightly News from Weekend Today. Garrett Utely also claimed Meet the Press from weekend today as well.
