Did not realize that Raegan was on TWC as I don't get it. John Elliot isn't exactly a low-key personality, either. But I do like him. As for Craig Allen, when he posted that he was coming back, I think he said that it was temporary. On a different topic, Andrea Grymes is back on the weekend morning news, but posted that she is just working that for now. Staying home with her three kids on weekdays.

I can't see Megan moving back for a weekend morning slot. Not clear that she would at all, but it would be great. I could see Raegan getting the weekend morning slot. But remember that they already dumped John from the weekday morning slot when they gave it to Elise. Does her unfortunate death change their mind, or is he just there temporarily? I would be surprised for Raegan to get the weekday slot, so they would probably look for someone else. Also, while Craig Allen is great, I think that's just temporary.

Any word yet on who's going to replace Elise Finch? Raegan Medgie from FOX5 posted that she's leaving the station after today. She got her meteorology degree a year or so ago. Personally, I'd love it if they could convince Megan Glaros to come back. The folks in Chicago got rid of her during a purge a few years ago. She does not appear to be working (at least not regularly) based on her IG account.

Darlene is still off the air, it's been a couple of weeks now. She posted photos from a birthday party she and her husband attended this week, so it seems like she's not on vacation.

Rebecca Solomon posted that Friday will be her last day at WPIX. I always wondered if she liked being the fill-in traffic reporter. Seems like she'll be moving on from the TV news business based on her comment on IG. However, she said she was turning off her early alarm, but then seemed to say temporarily and that she was just taking a brief break from TV news. Apparently, Derek Waller just left ABC7 because he didn't like the morning slot. Maybe she'll end up there?

Michelle Ross posted that she's leaving WPIX, but "not going far".

And Jen is going to be back on Friday. Michael is in Europe, Darlene is off the grid, or at least not posting on social media.

So when is the 10am show premiering? They swapped Tamron Hall to 2pm last week and put Rachel Ray repeats at 10am. Same this week. Next week the schedule shows To Be Announced at 10am. The ads they're running don't have a start date. What's the hold-up? Are they waiting for the Spectrum thing to be settled, so everyone can see it?

Doesn't that just mean that they're moving it from 9 to 8? They must have been expecting a big audience for the Jets pre-game tonight, since Kristine Johnson is in to co-anchor with Jessica Moore, and Lonnie Smith is in for weather. Vanessa Murdock was still working, she did a feature report. I question how high their ratings were, and why they even bothered adding the weekday regulars, given that Aaron Rodgers didn't play (and apparently never does in pre-season games).

Looks like they're no longer doing the 9pm news broadcast on weekends. The schedule shows Magnum PI on Saturday and SEAL Team on Sunday. It's still on the weekday schedule.

And he's gone before he even started. He did not originally have the reason in the post, so it's good (I guess) to know that it wasn't specifically because of him. BTW, he's the fiancé of Katie Corrado from WPIX. And just like that, I’m back to being a full-time dog dad. Yikes, Natasha posted on IG that she and Steve are now anchoring at 6pm as well as 5 and 10. That means that Teresa Priolo got the boot from an anchor spot AGAIN. I thought that she was doing a great job at 6. She can't possibly be happy after they did it to her in the morning and now 6pm. Update -- I see that Teresa reported a story from the studio on Monday's 6pm show.

And today is Cheryl's last day at the station, per IG. So it was just temporary, although she's been filling in even after Mike returned.

You win. Per her IG, Gilma Avalos will be co-anchoring 11am and 5pm with Adam. Rana Novini will be taking over weekends.

Went to WCBS. Mentioned in their thread, but not here. She was on this weekend (maybe before, I rarely watch WCBs during the week).

Audrey at noon the majority of days, and then either Mike or Reagan the others.

Mike Woods has been out recovering from back surgery. Reagan had been doing GDNY, but they've brought in Cheryl Nelson (whose IG says that she's a freelance meteorologist) and the video she posted said that she'll be there for a few months, so I guess Mike is going to be out for a while longer. Update -- corrected the name.

So Vanessa Freeman is apparently pregnant and will probably be going on maternity soon. Rebecca Soloman showed the two of them together on her last day there before her maternity leave.

Maybe they'll start doing a late Sunday sports show like CBS2 (for the Jets), NBC4 and FOX5 already do? Do any local ABC stations do that? That's also a big reason why the regular sports anchor works on Sunday there. Seems a little odd to make the change after the local football season is over.

They had Natasha Verma in to anchor the 5pm news on Saturday before the Giants game. Arthur Chi'en anchored the news after the game. And it seems like Theresa Priolo is the official 6pm anchor now.

Or just wishful thinking that it was still him instead of Bruce Beck.

ABC is showing five straight basketball games starting at noon on Christmas Day with no news breaks. So the newsroom gets the day off after the early morning broadcasts. That's one way to avoid having to get people to work on the holliday.

Seems like they didn't do their usual singing in front of the Rock Center Prometheus this year. Instead, they have a bunch of kids from Queens singing. Disappoiting.
